Our internal faculty comprises of subject matter experts in their respective fields with many years of training experience behind them. Over and above this, they are all certified on the required trainer competencies, which is critical to create an environment of quality education. This enables them to decide what training method to employ based on a thorough ‘need analysis’ and on consideration of the student's background. They are well equipped to deal with students with varying abilities and skills. Needless to say, the Ascent faculty is committed to excellence.

Faculty Training - Achieving Standardization

Standardisation of training is achieved thorough Ascent’s ‘Train The Trainer’ programmes. All new and existing trainers go through this programme to learn and understand how to effectively download the developed / updated content. Only after completing the programme and on being certified by our training managers and subject matter experts are they allowed to train students.
